Enliven Discourse through Grounded Experience
Hand-carved wooden edgers tied to real queer history sites across San Francisco. Each one carries a story. Each story needs someone to carry it.
You have two weeks with your edger. Visit the site. Hear the story. Pass it on.
These histories survive only when we actively carry them.
You received an edger. Know the name of who you're holding.
Download Discord if you don't have it. It's a free messaging platform, available on the App Store, Google Play, or desktop. Then join our server using the button below. You'll land in a channel called #general.
Say hi. Viv will answer you. She's the keeper of history and she runs the house. Tell her the name on your edger and she'll connect you with the right one.
Your edger will introduce themselves, share pieces of their history, and guide you to visit a real place in San Francisco.
Visit the site. Stand where they stood. You have two weeks to visit and pass the edger to someone new. If you don't, your edger's voice gets suspended back in time. They're not gone, but no one can reach them unless the edger finds new hands within two weeks.
